MIMARU TOKYO NIHOMBASHI SUITENGUMAE

Location was in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a few metro and train stations and easy to get to major points of interest in Tokyo. It was interesting to see all of the salary men/women commuting to work. This was our favorite hotel (of 3 we stayed in Japan) and I will definitely look for Mimaru hotels for future trips. We loved that the toilet and shower were separate. My 16 and 19 year olds loved the "bunk beds". Each cubby had it's own light and power outlets. Very clean and modern aesthetic!

The staff!! They are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They speak very well english too which is helpful for international guests

The staff wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed warmly by Michelle. The location can't be any better. A short walk from TCAT. A lot of restaurants, convenience stores close to the hotel. A stone throw away from the subway ohstations. The hotel was clean, warm and exceeded my expectations. The room was bigger than I expected. Plenty of room to move around and store luggages. We were cramped. The dining area and tiny kitchen fit our needs. What made the stay more unforgettable are the staff. Special shout out to Michelle, Brian, Kota, Somit and Aisha. Will definitely come back and stay again when I book a vacation in Japan. Worth every penny. This vacation and experience is one for the books

Sirhat, with his exceptional professionalism and unwavering dedication, left an indelible impression on me. His genuine concern for the well-being of guests was truly remarkable, and he spared no effort in ensuring that every aspect of my stay was flawless. Whether it was offering personalized recommendations for exploring the city or ensuring that all my needs were met, Sirhat's commitment to excellence was truly commendable. Michele's contribution to my memorable stay cannot be overstated. Her warm demeanor and efficient service added an extra layer of comfort to my experience. From assisting with check-in to promptly addressing any inquiries, Michele's professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Wonderful long stay overall.

Great location! Stone throw away from Suitengumae metro station and TCAT! Room is spacious and super clean. There is a family mart located just outside the apartment.
